At Empowered to Thrive Counseling and Wellness, LLC, we provide individual therapy to help people navigate life transitions, optimize self-care, and maximize personal growth. Our service model is client-centered, culturally sensitive, strengths-based, and holistic. We believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is of the utmost importance and that in order for healing and growth to take place, the therapeutic relationship must be nurtured and trust must be developed and maintained. Our individual therapy services are designed for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and difficulty navigating through life transitions. Our interventions are mindfulness-based, trauma-informed,  and solution-focused.

We utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including those from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindful self-compassion, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We work collaboratively with clients to develop a care plan that will best meet their needs and help them along their empowered life journey.
